Green tea has always been touted for its health benefits. It is a veritable anti-aging elixir. In fact, it is not only healthy as a drink, but also offers many benefits for the skin, like minimizing free radical environmental damage. Among other benefits, it contains vitamins which helps to reduce dark skin pigmentation, minerals which tighten the skin’s pores, and amino acids which are essential for beautiful skin. It’s rich in antioxidants that help to purify and smooth skin. Green tea has anti-inflammatory properties that help boost cell regeneration, keeping skin soft, bright, and supple.

Argan oil is most well–known and frequently used as a skin treatment. The triterpenoids and various other organic compounds present in this oil can fade the appearance of age spots and scars, and can improve acne and dermatitis. Argan oil can reduce the signs of aging by maintaining skin’s elasticity.
