How to Make a Rice Water Scrub

Ingredients
  • ¼–½ cup rice water (organic, see instructions)
  • 2 Tbsp. rice grains (organic, raw)
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable Glycerine (organic)
  • 1 or 2 drops your favorite essential oils (organic, optional)
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz intermittently until rice grains break down to size small enough to resemble cornmeal.
  2. Store mixture in glass jar with airtight lid and refrigerate.
How To Use

Wet face with cold tap water, scoop a coin-size amount with fingertips and massage onto skin all over face. Rinse with cold tap water. Air dry. That’s it!

Note: Do not combine this treatment with any other chemical or physical exfoliates as it may have too extreme an effect. Before using this treatment test on a patch of skin on your arm first to prevent any possible allergic reaction.
